This camera does not came with head phone jack to connect external microphone. Which is big disadvantage. Other than that video quality is actually good because of the sensor. If you capture a video in low light or night this camera will struggle. When you go towards low light that condition may be night then the camera really struggle in terms of video. But in well light condition, artificial light condition and even daylight condition you can capture a good quality video with this camera. Canon 1300D can shoot maximum 1080P 30FPS. It does not have 1080p 50FPS and not does it have 4k. Seems little odd for 2018, we are entering a world where 4k is everywhere. Overall this camera is really good camera for the price and one more bonus point is its offer Wi-Fi and NFC. So you can directly transfer your photo and videos immediately to your smart phone with help of Wi-Fi. This is extra benefit. Also use the phone as a remote shutter only for photos.
